Problem
There was no digital engine behind the brand. No paid structure, no landing pages, no CRO strategy, no retention flows. Beautiful products, strong reputation — but nothing in place to convert demand at scale.
Solution & Experience
I built and ran paid campaigns on Meta and Google. I designed and tested landing pages, led creative production (UGC and branded), and helped reshape their funnel with CRO best practices. I also introduced lifecycle email flows and redesigned key parts of the site to support conversion at every step.
Final thoughts
In the first year, we drove over $2M in eComm revenue — more than doubling YoY growth. Viberg went from being a high-end legacy brand to a modern, performance-ready online business.
