How do we scale a heritage brand?

We had a clear goal with Viberg: to take their performance marketing to the next level. They needed accurate ecommerce tracking, improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and increased sales while keeping costs in check. Additionally, they wanted a robust email funnel and captivating Meta ads to make a splash in the market. Quite the challenge, right?

Let's dig a bit deeper

To better understand our customers, we dived deep into their buying patterns and ad preferences. And guess what? We uncovered some fascinating insights! Turns out, we were dealing with double tracking issues that were messing up our Meta ads and Google ads metrics. Not cool, right? On top of that, our broad targeting approach was burning through our budget without giving us the desired results. Ouch!

But hey, we didn't stop there. We also delved into the realm of email marketing and boy, did we learn a thing or two. Segmentation became our new best friend, allowing us to tailor our messages to specific audience segments.

And guess what? The timing of our emails and captivating designs played a huge role in driving conversions. Who would've thought a well-timed email with killer visuals could work wonders?

Armed with these eye-opening discoveries, we took charge, made data-driven decisions, and fine-tuned our strategies. The result? Remarkable outcomes and sky-high engagement. We've got the insights, the know-how, and the confidence to elevate our marketing game. Let's rock it!

Paid Ads | Email | Thoughtful Copy & Design

We unleashed a range of strategies to elevate our client's marketing game. We crafted a Meta funnel that left no stone unturned, featuring compelling prospecting and remarketing campaigns. For Google ads, we revamped the campaign structure, including brand campaigns, collection campaigns, and performance max campaigns. As for emails, we rolled up our sleeves and dove into A/B testing, experimenting with designs, persuasive copy, and irresistible CTAs. We didn't stop there; we pitted landing pages against each other to find the perfect formula for driving conversions.

I came up with the following conclusions

Users stated that it is important for them to be updated on the toddler's mood. After the nanny alerted that the toddler fell asleep (or two hours after the start of the shift, whichever is earlier) we would ask her an update on his mood.

Users noted that when the nanny and toddler spend time outside they are more tense so we will send them an alert when the nanny and toddler go out and enter the house.

Users are busy and do not have the time, or desire, to be updated on every detail of information. So the default alerts will be - after adding mood and leaving and entering the house.

A/B testing every aspect

We love a good testing frenzy! We explored various approaches to uncover the most effective messaging. We pitted end results against features and benefits to gauge whether our audience craved facts or sought tangible outcomes. We also played with emotions, crafting stories that evoked feelings of warmth and satisfaction. Furthermore, we tackled problem identification head-on, acknowledging pain points and presenting our solutions. FOMO took center stage, igniting a sense of urgency and ensuring our audience felt they couldn't miss out. And of course, we celebrated their intelligence and keen eye for opportunities. Our action-packed pages cut to the chase, demanding action, while we provided multiple conversion options to suit their preferences. It was quite the marketing adventure!

CONCLUSION📋

So what happened?

Hold on tight, because here come the jaw-dropping results! We skyrocketed the ROAS from a respectable 600% to an incredible 1200% across all channels. Impressive, right? But that's not all. Our email game reached new heights, boosting the value per recipient from a modest $0.32 to a remarkable $0.85. Open rates soared to an impressive 55%, with click rates hitting a solid 7%. It's safe to say we made some serious waves!

In the realm of emails, we discovered that headings and visuals hold significant sway over engagement. Additionally, the destination where users land plays a crucial role in conversions. By optimizing these factors, we achieved remarkable results for our client.
